at last, i decided to shift this post here since shantforever.blogspot.com deserves it more than sheanlovesyou.blogspot.com. after all, this cosy little place here needs more memories and more updates about the 5 little brats.
When friendship is mentioned, what comes to your mind?
what is the clearest moment that you can recall?
and the most instance picture that your mind connects friendship to?
cheers? laughter? hugs? shoulders?
nah, too common!
friendship actually meant much much more.
if it wasnt for SHANT, i wouldnt know how lovely is it to have true friends. i wouldn't know how pathetic life would be without friends, to be more specific, TRUE FRIENDS. frankly speaking, the 3 years spent with SHANT was the best time i ever had in my lifetime. and the only thing that i truly look forward and desperate for is another stay-over with the SHANTs!
Question of the day - What is/are TRUE friend/s?

people says,
true friends are those who calls your parents Mum and Dad instead of Uncle and Aunty
true friends are those who open the refridgerator and serve them instead of waiting for you to ask what would they like to drink
and the list goes on..
perhaps, i don't really know what true friends meant to you. perhaps, we don't have the same definition for true friends. but somehow i wish to share some small facts about what i think about my true friends
to me, true friends is somehow equivalent to SHANT
true friends dont have to envy or be jealous of each other. yes, this reminds me of psychology. Textbook line: Group cohesion can be strengthen when there is no competition within group members.
its impressive how long we've been friends and yet we have never come across any misunderstandings/fights/arguements etc. NOT a single time i would say. that's exactly how strong our group cohesion is. hard to believe? yes, i agree. any normal person would try to question that.
we dont sweet talk, dont give hugs, basically dont do any typical actions that girls do to show their intimacy. no, we dont express our friendship in that way. we tease each other, we prank each other and we make each other look like a fool to show how close we are. because no friends can stand such humiliation unless they are emotionally intimate.
it doesnt matter how long we've not seen each other, once we got together, "you know ar.... that day i.... bla,bla,bla..." few hours later, "ya lor.. i also feel that way... somemore ar... bla, bla, bla..." time and distance can never be a barrier. haha. that's us. we just dont feel that awkward gap and silence between us although we no longer share the same environment. instead, we get more eager to get into each other's gossip, even more excited to pour out any stories that supposingly should be keep as secrets. not even the slightest secret exists between us. *Abbie, even your *** size is exposed in SHANT's blog. haha!* perhaps, this explains why people always get prank calls in the middle of the night whenever there is a SHANT gathering. we are nocturnal animals that are especially active at night time and only sleep when dawn is near. when the gossips are done, hah! in search for prank calls victims. *as mentioned by TseWoon, YB, please dont dump AB because of our midnight calls*

Me: Fight for same boyfriend gua..
HuiZian: but our taste for guys also not the same..
very true indeed. thinking further, we hardly even share the same idol! so how can it be for us to fall for the same guy. quite impossible although nothing is impossible. anyway, i pray hard for that day not to come and pay us a visit.
when SHANT comes together, dont even bother about image. we're image-less when we see each other. you basically cant imagine how crazy we can be. prank call is one thing, but not anywhere close enough to the shocking ones yet. anyway, SHANT, dont you realize that most of our "shocking" moments seems to take place at the toilet. sounds familiar to TseWoon and HuiZian? lol. we went round the mall trying out all sorts of clothes without any intention to buy one. we squeezed in one single fitting room for more than half an hour trying to do modelling inside. wait, we do modelling anywhere, dont we? regardless of place and time. as long as there is something called a camera or a phone. need some prove?
Speechless? yeah, thats us - the SHANT!
